Return Process

  Log in to your Boxed2me account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your recent order to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Tech

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables and components are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
